REFUND POLICY
At Pedals Ready, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality cycling lessons, return to cycling courses and supported rides. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services you receive from us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your lesson or course for any reason, please let us know at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, we will charge you the full cost of the lesson or course.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 100% refund for any lesson or course that is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, we will not offer a refund.
Exceptions:
In the case of inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule the lesson or course for a time that is convenient for you. If this is not possible, we will offer a full refund.
