BOOKINGS

Book online or by contacting us directly.
Payment is required 48 hours before a lesson to confirm booking.
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled and offered to others.

Lesson Validity

Lessons and packages expire 6 weeks after purchase and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure that lessons are booked and attended within the validity period.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours before the session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.
Weather cancellations – We aim to reschedule; if not possible, we offer a full refund.
Expired lessons or missed appointments due to non-attendance are non-refundable.

Liability
